What is your hardest challenge to maintain while participating in the Scubaboard Fitness Challenge?

My hardest challenge has been my evening meals. For the most part, I do well with my breakfast and lunches. Dinners have been the weakest meal for me as I tend to overeat.

Workouts haven't been hard to do. The first 2 1/2 months no problems at all. I wanted to go, and felt guilty if I didn't. I did have about a month and half where I started slowing down on the workouts, and I didn't feel like going most of the time. I'm proud to say that I'm back in the wanting to go workout mode again.

So what is your greatest challenge?

Getting back on my bike. I need to ride again. But, I'm still scared after 'the fall'. I'm swimming but it's not enough.

I wish I would have come back to the boards sooner.... I would have joined the challenge!

Kayla you can still join! People are joining all the time. Want me to add you?

My greatest challenge is getting too busy to eat then suddenly being so hungry I go for whatever is fastest. This usually happens on those days when I'm away from home, left in a hurry and skipped breakfast...another no-no. I've learned alot of what's OK at some of the fast food places but it's still a temptation to get a burger and fries instead of a chicken sandwich!

And I always need more excercise.

Another challenge for me is not to get discouraged at the official weigh in day. Fortunately, I've only had a couple of weight gains, but there have been times where I didn't lose as much as I thought I should have. Then again there have been times where I was surprised at the amount I lost.

Tomorrow's weigh in is a good example. I'm expecting at best to lose only a pound with a possible one pound gain. Now I feel like I've been working my behind off, and should have a bigger weight loss. Hopefully, I'll be surprised by losing 2 or more pounds for the week. :)

Natasha, I would absolutley love that! Are there rules? Let me know what I have to do... tomorrow was going to be day one for me anyway! Thanks so much!

The biggest challenge is when I am away either visiting family or on business. It is so much more difficult to gauge the food you are taking in especially when I go back to England as the label on the food items are per 100g instead of per serving as in the US. What I am going to find really difficult is when the supply of watermelons run out for the year (or do they never run out?). It is the snack food I yearn for and hover over the kitchen sink gorging myself with melon juice running down my cheeks ;)

Sugar, sweets, chocolate, sugar, cookies, sweets, not getting my butt up in the mornign to exercise, sugar....
