That is a feather star. I did not have the plugin needed to view the video link. Thanks for adding the pictures.

Huh? I'm confused now. When I first looked at the video clip it was this feather star swimming. Now when I looked at it again it's a Chromodorid nudibranch. Looks like something along the lines of Chromodoris annulata or Risbecia pulchella but I'm no expert when it gets to nudibranch id. What happened to the feather star video clip?
