PADI Worldwide is a privately held company, mostly owned by the (family of) Cronin, with some key employees (Drew Richardson, for example) also being among the (minor-share) owners.

Here you go Einstein. This was posted earlier. Look, I'm not putting PADI down. I think it's a great organization and am proud to have completed their IDC and IE. However, as demonstrated by your postings, it is a bit cloudy to many of us as to the structure, ownership, dividend payments etc. I was just curious about all this. You live in the Canary Islands? Obviously, island living hasn't mellowed you out yet. Perhaps a few more years.

I am the most chilled person and Im sorry if I came across like anythingelse I didn't read the thread through and came from another forum with a dig on PADI so I was a bit P****d O**. I miss understood your point completly and Im sorry for that! Didn't mean to wind anyone up!
