What is it?

Took this in Cozumel and cannot find it in my reef books. Looks like a sponge, but cannot find one with the smooth surface and color of this one.

It's a sponge and looks like a volcano sponge with the scattered openings in a smooth surface.

Thanks! Now that you have ID'd it for me I can find it in the book. BTW I got a close up of the eel in my next shot.
