What happened to XIOS Eyesea?

Does anyone know what happened to the makers of the underwater navigation unit called XIOS Eyesea? I wanted to buy some spare parts, but couldn't locate their website of any online dive shop that sells them.

they were having serious financial trouble about six months back. They may have folded.

I have one of their boxes and love the silly thing. If it dies, well, then I guess I'm hosed... but until then I'm going to enjoy using it!
