Nemo, parrotfish are hermaphroditic and go through a female then a male phase. Once the dominant male has died or left, the dominant female changes, often quite dramatically. The picture you have is a female.
 
Thanks for the information - I knew it from the Anemonefishes but not from the parrotfishes. So, something learned today.:)
