Muzzwezz:
ok thanks for the advise, ok apart from if anyone knows of a good 360 octopus i think im done here, thanks guys.

Although the positioning of the ports did seem a little annoying to me for the FST 1st stage, are they irritating or do you just not notice them?

Annoying? Nope- What makes it seem annoying?

I also have the Apex 360 Octopus, but the one i have is discontinued. (I think it was called the sentinel...but not sure) Apex new 360 is the egress. I know of a couple of people who have it and are very impressed. Think I'll replace My Octo with it this season actually!

im not sure really i just thaught it may not direct the hoses in the right direction or in an aquard place,
im just looking at apeks.co.uk too see this octo. i dont really want one thats too expensive ither. the Egress looks good ill see if i can find a review and a price, if anyones dived with an egress can you send me your reviews and/or how it compares to other octos/360 octos.?

thanks alot

OK ive just looked on the net and noticed that the Egress desptie being 360 etc is actually cheaper than the atx40 octo.
http://www.scubastore.com/shop.asp?...=3122&desde=0&id_familia=11&id_subfamilia=381
the atx 40 being ~ £80
and egress ~ £70

does anyone know why this is, is it a lower performer or more prone to free flow? or is it just cheaper to make?

cos the ATX40 Octo is the exact same as the ATX40 Primary except for the yellow!!
The egress is smaller, and non-adjustable, less parts = less labor = less money :D

And i speak for my friends when I say that they're chuffed with their egress.
