Hey everyone, just looking for other peoples opinions,

Anybody here evr totally change career at some stage?
I mean stop working, get a grant, go back to college full time?

I'm considering doing this, i'm 26 and its really only now that I'm realising what I want to do.

Any opinions or success stories welcome :11ztongue

Been there. Done that. Its worth it. Go for it.

Life is short.

Doc

u make it sound so ez !!

I did it at 28 and again at 49. New horizons . . . never look back.

Do it! With due respect - 26 is nothing!!! Don't wake up in 20/30 years time and regret your life - and chances.

I'm 30, have a family with another on the way, have had a divorce from corportate in between hurricane Charley and Frances and am making a move and a switch. Get back to me in a year and I'll tell you how it goes! So far, so good though. :)

Go for it, life is to short.

At 37 I did a complete change, left my career, sold almost everything. The stuff that we didn't sell was packed up and moved to Mexico with my wife and 7 year old daughter.

I thougth, why not. I am only 37 (well a year later I am 38) and if it doesn't work out I am still young enough to start over. So far the first year as been pretty good.

go for it. you're never to old for change.
i'm working on some major changes myself,
and much happier for it. :)

it's not that life is too short,
it's that you're dead for so long.
