Just wondering what everyone on the board does to keep in shape.
I run, walk, jump on the trampoline in my back yard, lift weights, and do floor work- like crunches, lunges, squats, etc...
Used to go to the pool constantly, but I have not done a pool work out in quite a while. My shoulders were getting too big when I was doing that anyway.
Cutting out the crap food has helped me feel a lot better too. And I take herbs and vitamins and drink noni juice daily.
