OK, into the last 3 days before I leave for Coz.

Final packing going on.

What is the most important thing that you ever forget to take on a dive trip.

I will start: I forgot my C-card once. I had my brother break into my house and fax me (in Miami before we left for Aruba) a copy of both sides of my card. I then cut out the fax copy of both sides, stuck a piece of cardboard in the middle and sealed the whole thing up with scotch tape.

It worked.

Right now we still have some of the thumb thimble jelly fish (the turtles LOVE them - so they are not necessarily a bad thing!!!) but you might want to throw in a lycra hood, or that Safe Sea suntan lotion that has that jelly fish repelent in it. If they don't effect you, then forget about this, but if you are like me, I HAVE to wear a lycra hood this time of year or I end up with the welts everywhere from them!!!!!

We forgot our mesh bags to carry mask, fins, regs, ect. back and forth to the dive boat. We have five of them at home and not one made it into the gear bag for our trip to Bonaire. So now we have six.

Don't forget to pack o-rings. Two years ago in Cozumel while diving with Blue Angel we were about to dive Santa Rosa Wall. I noticed a hissing sound and before jumping into the water air was really leaking out of my air gauge. Fortunately, I had a new box of o-rings and within 5 minutes was wet and happy.

Have fun!

Let see the worst I did was a dive off the channel islands and forgot my weights, left them in the garage that was now 250 miles away. I was able to rent some in santa barbara, the god(s) look after fools.

otherwise I forgot my dive skin.

Just got back, and wished we'd brought 2 thiungs:

1) Coffee maker of some kind (bought one there).

2) Forgot extra mask strap in my save-a-dive kit, and, of course, mine broke.
