I do believe we have a winner !!! These little guys are sure cute. However, from what I have learned they are very aggressive with their prey. Some of them become very large too ! There are some video shots out there that show them attacking food...OMG ! Thanks to all for all of your help... I just couldn't get my brain in gear to remember what I was looking at. :shakehead: Sue

Are they the shrimp that use cavitation to create concussion waves to stun their prey?
 
I believe you are correct. Others here I'm sure will no for certain. Then, after they pummel their prey, they tear them apart. My gosh ! Very violent, but, that is the way it is. Similar to when we saw a moray come out of it lair on a night dive, then stalk, attack and eat it's prey. At first it shocked me a bit, but, then I accepted the fact of reality. SS
