I'm super disappointed that my videos all came out like crap. I'm looking for help to understand why.

I went on a Thailand/Burma liveaboard and used my Insta360 x3 with new invisible dive case, mounted on a SeaLife Sea Dragon 2300F grip. I set the res to highest at 5.7k at 30fps, high bitrate. I understand the 5.7k is spread over the entire 360 view, so the directional view is a cut down. However, even then the resolution looks horrible. Grainy, and like the camera couldn't focus well. To make things worse, the insta360 seems to have a very aggressive white balance color correction, so with the Sea Dragon on, it's crazy red, an NONE of my editing tools area able to rebalance the color. I was in dive case mode.

What did I do wrong?

When I used the same insta360 x3 outside of the dive case (for on boat, or on land shots) it came out just fine. So I suspect that the dive case really distorts things.

I look at other youtube dive videos of people using the same model as mine (the old x3 version) and theirs are MUCH cleaner.

On a previous trip, I used a GoPro Hero5 with red filter lens cover and videos came out reasonably well.
