My LDS recommends these, U Mark It Gear Marking Paint at Divers Direct

They have a sample on neoprene and it looks very nice. (They were out of the color I need and couldn't order it. Hence, the 'net order. I DON'T use up LDS time etc. and order elsewhere.)
