single/double 5L 300bar/4400+psi steel tanks
Oceanic oceanpro fx BC

Doubles - Deep Outdoors Matrix LTD harness with SS Backplate and OMS 60# wing:

(pro)- great trim, very comfortable in any (or no) exposure suit, easy adjustment, great D-rings, carries heavy tanks well while on shore.

(con)- I could do without the second waist belt, bulky for travel.

Singles- Deep Outdoors Matrix Freedom LTD with SS Backplate and OMS 32# wing.

Love it!

2 Scubapro MK25/S600 regs with primary on 7ft hose and bungied secondary.

Love it!

Wow, as of last weekend I can actually post a reply to this question...

Went to my local LDS and purchased my kit...

Zeagle Escape
Sherwood Blizzard
Sherwood Octo
Aeris AI Computer with integraged compass

Feel pretty good about the purchase...in total, was only $150 more than what I'd get from either Scuba.com or Scubatoys. Please don't take this as a negative to either online venue, just fairly pleased that my LDS was in the ball park.

LDS is throwing in the NITROX kit for the reg (yeah, I know $13) and the PADI Equipment Specialty (Yes, I've read the threads about this as well). But it's nice to know that my LDS is making an attempt to keep my buisness.

Haven't dove the equipment yet, will next week when I take a bouyancy clinic with the LDS...Looking forward to getting to play with my gear.

Oceanics Isla BC

Oceanics Alpha 8 Reg

Both seem to be working out just fine so far! I don't really need a top-of-the-line muscle reg, so I'm glad I didn't spend $$$ to get one. The BC is comfortable, doesn't ride up, and I use the integrated weight pockets.

Zeagle Brigade BC
Atomic Z2 Reg

Only have about 10 dives on them but so far they are great.

Halcyon Eclipse 40lbs lift wings, SS backplate and harness. I have used a lot of BCDs over the years, from my first OPW course to my Instructor course. Halcyon is by far the best, in my eyes anyway. I am looking to replace my Sherwood Maxiums reg. I am not sure which to go with the Mares Abyss, Apeks, Scubapro.

Zeagle Zena
Zeagle Envoy delux
Zeagle Envoy

Love them!!

Seaquest black diamond bcd and Titan LX regulator. I dive about 150 dives a year and they have served me well
