What are these markings?

Hi All

I have a 15ltr steel tank with all sorts of marking on the crown can anyone tell me what they mean. i do know the tank came from south Africa.

AS1777 WC11,5KG 1089
TW 15,4KG WP 240 MPA AT 15C TP360MBA

it is a torpedo from a Russian attack sub, very rare, be carful it does not go off in the bedroom you will get vodka everywhere.

Some guesses based on my knowledge of american cylinders

R7402 == manufacturer number ??

AS1777 == Serial number

1089 == 10 / 89 mfg date?

WC 11,5KG == Water Content ??????

TW 15,4KG == Total weight ?

WP 240 MPA AT 15C == Working pressure 240 bar

TP 360 MBA == test pressure 360 bar

AS1777 is a Standards Australia for aluminium scuba tanks not sure if it is what it means here though
AS 1777 - 2005 - Aluminium cylinders for compressed gases - Seamless - 0.1kg to 130kg


WC = Water Capacity - ie volume of tank - normally stated in litres for Australia

TW = Tare Weight - ie weight of cylinder unfilled

Cheers someone else told me the same thing. i thimk it will be just as well to get a new cylinder .
