I just finished Whalefall by Daniel Kraus. I gave it three stars on Amazon but divers may enjoy it a little more than that. The main character is SCUBA diving almost the entire book and there are a ton of references to gear and technique. I did not see any real inaccuracies so the author must be a diver. I loved the premise but found that the book dragged a bit near the end. I think it is worth reading from the library.
