If you're looking for a 300gm Polartec jumpsuit, try Carol Davis.

I have the style 2, along with socks, and they are fairly warm in Monterey (CF200 drysuit). If you layer with a Thinsulate 200, I seriously doubt you would ever get cold.

OK- digging a little deeper, what Carol makes uses a single layer of 280gm/sq m Polartec Powerstretch. DUI uses the same fabric, but two layers of it for their "Polartec Powerstretch 300" jumpsuit so it's not an apples to apples comparison. Unfortunately, Carol won't do a custom double-layer garment. It would be a little less convenient, but I could always buy two of Carols and layer them and still be almost $200 better off.
