My brother is an unusual size and has had a hard time finding a wetsuit that fits properly. He's tall(6'2") and slender(165lbs.) and has trouble with arms and wrists being too loose or the top of the suit being too short if the other areas fit. Can anyone comment on the possiblity of tailoring a wetsuit? Like tightening the wrists up. If so, can anyone recommend a tailor? Without a proper-fitting wetsuit for my bro, I'll be diving less than I'd like this year(brother is my primary buddy). Thanks.

I don't work for them so this isn't an ad :) That being said, the guy who runs it, Ero is an artist with customizing wetsuits and drysuits. I have a friend who is 6' tall and pushing 320 lb's. Ero somehow managed to create a suit that fits him perfectly. I also have a friend who has your brother's problem and Ero customized his suit for cheap money. He's fast, fair priced and does amazing work. He can seem gruff if he doesn't know you but he really is a nice guy and a fountain of knowledge. The other nice thing is that you can do it in person and not over the phone. He will measure you right there.
