I'm planning a trip to West Palm Beach Florida in July. I'll be taking a jr. open water diver with me. Does anyone have any recommendations for a charter boat in that area that will accomodate the depth limit and also give good service?

Thanks. I'll be talking to them. Have you used them before?

I've used both Abernathy and Pura Vida. I'd choose Pura Vida (and have).

It depends on how old you jr ow is, if 12 or under there are not that many sites of WPB at 40' or less.
Dive Solutions is a good choice, they will let the rest of the divers do a 80' or so dive then drop you on a shallow site, usually with a DM. Then you can do the second dive with the rest of the divers.

CALL SHANA @ PURA VIDA AND ASK she'll tell you the best thing to do...They're honest about things....

(888) 348-3972 or email them

I like Splashdown divers out of Boynton beach. Great OP, great boat, great DM's!

It is not exactly WBP however! :D

You might want to PM a moderator, and get this moved to the FL forum, whatever forum they now have for the SE coast! :eyebrow:

You will get a ton of responses if posted there.....
