Found a reasonable price and travel times Dec 8-15 so I jumped on it. That was the only week that was reasonable from Albany, NY. Earlier or later the price was much higher (some more than 3X) and travel times back absymal. Why this week was good? I have no idea.

Staying at Hamlet again, probably in the same studio right next to the DFB shop at Cliff, or just around the corner.

Good for you @Kharon ! So happy for you. Same thing happened to me last year. I preferred to go down during Xmas/New Year, but the flights were triple. I ended up going down December 2-10 and the flights were appropriately priced. Enjoy!

Same here. Maybe sometime in 2019. Will just have to bite the bullet and pay the airfare. Last trip was 2016 and I miss the dive sites and Bon dive vibe. GC with the family of divers - t-minus 3 months!

We usually do, but there have been a couple of times I actually found it cheaper to fly from Albany, through Newark, than to fly on the same plane out of Newark.

I will NEVER understand United Airlines...
