Hi all
I complained on other post about the delay to receive my SRP CYD filter by USPS. It's now four weeks and still nothing. As I was asking news to the sales of SRP, They told me that they have send a new one via fedex at no cost and if I receive the first one I just have to send it back and they will refund the cost.
So I really think that such a positive commercial attitude needs to be praised.
