I did the RN/SCC Diving course last week. On the 3rd day i had some problems.

While surfacing from my first dive i had dizzyness at about 2 metres. I was diving down to 6 metres.
this happened 3 times. I had long breaks in between each dive and i felt i could carry on diving. I discussed this with the DS. On thge 3rd dive it was worse. I had un-controlable shivering about an hour after the dive. At one point i was sweating and was really hot... confused?? i was.

The docs think it is water in my inner ears as i am still dizzy now and i have had it for 4 days now.

Any thoughts?

Hi Ollie,

Based on your limited self-report, it does sound like you're experiencing an inner ear disorder.

It would be prudent to have an ENT examine you.

Best of luck.
