Some great feedback and all of them have a individual impact on the outcome of the mix. You have to take your time, rushing blending can lead to mistakes and also cost you money.

I physically shake all cylinders including massive steel twins before analyzing. They also get rechecked next morning as final crosscheck. It gets worse with trimix blending.
 
The 40 analyzed at 49 last night. Guess it just took some time.

Its long and narrow so it stratifies thermally unless you blast in the air. Try filling it on its side, mixes much quicker.
