Just looking back over last summer.. about 50/50 weight integrated rig/weightbelt rig. For me, sometimes integrated weights are an advantage, sometimes they aren't... Not that my diving style will help anyone here choose one at the exclusion of the other - but it might ease some worry, 'cause the bottom line is "what you like best is best."
