hey guys and gals where is the best place on your waist to position weights?completly around the waist or should they be positioned more towards the back..i had to buy 20lbs of weight today..2 eight pounders and 2 2 pounders..he said i should double them up and position them more towards my side..what do you think?and thanks..

I think you are going to have to find how it works best for you. I have 20lbs integrated only right now, but I did wear a 6 pound belt around my hips. I positioned them right in the curve before my hip bone. Granted I am not the best one to give you advice since women are built differently then men.
