Does anyone know the weight difference between a full alum 80 and a full HP steel 120?

You mean how much ballast you can drop if you go from the AL-80 to the HP-120? If that's your question drop 4kg (about 8lbs) and dial in from there. This is based on the end of dive numbers because that's what's relevant.

If you're looking for the total dry weight when full then you're looking at 25kg (about 55lbs) for the full HP-120 and about 16.5kg (36lbs) for the full AL-80
