I did some photography this weekend trying out both the Nikon in Ikelite housing without strobes and the Sealife DC600 with two pro strobes.
I personally didn't find any that I had any keepers without strobes. The videos were great though.
Below are some shots (dc600 dual strobes) taken in front of Atlantis Diving anywhere between 12 - 18 meters. Sorry bout the backscatter but currents make for lots of sand moving around.
