Just saw this thread....I've lost 35 lbs. since Nov. 1 Got about 10 more to go. I capped out at 214 back in Oct.

saf_25:Well, this challenge has not helped me as much as I had thought it would. I'm still right where I was when we started (has it already been 8 weeks? Wow!). I got sick about 3 weeks ago, and so started sleeping in to recouperate instead of getting up and walking/jogging before work, which helped a lot for me to keep my weight down. Now that I'm recovered from the sinus infection, I can't seem to find my motivation to exercise in the mornings again.
At least I haven't gained any weight, but I feel it's only a matter of time if I can't get back on a stronger exercise regime... Ideally, I could stand to lose 50 lbs., but my goal for the time being is 20. But, with the way I've been going lately, it's just not happening any time soon.
Any suggestions?
