Dang, I'm in the post-cozumel, all-inclusive, eat everything, do nothing phase. I've got to weigh in this Thursday. If I can get back on track now I think I can be where I was at my last weigh in. If not, I may gain 1-2 but I'm getting back on the bandwagon quickly. I can't wait. My goal is 180-185#'s on my scales so 10-15 more to go. Talk to you all Thursday. Wish me luck. Greg

Yes! I drink a lot of water!! No alcohol during the week, no soda. I stay at my 26 pts during the week and only use a few flex points on the weekends. Thanks for asking!
