It's Thurs people to check in and tell us how well you have done.

I will add them all up today and report how big our "guy" is getting tomorrow.

Like I stated yesterday, no loss, no gain. I did get some walking in this week. Not the 20+ miles I'd been doing a couple of weeks ago, but at least I'm starting again.

Hi,I signed up for the Challenge,I weighed myself today at 179,For me that is down 4 lbs since Last Monday. However I have a head cold and nothing has tasted good since Friday.My 2 Goals is to get rid of 40lbs,Which is realistic for me.And exercise more.Im looking forword to this. Turtle gal
 
Well I've done good. I am working out 2 days a week and have gained more muscle and keeping my weight the same. Also I am still working on regaining control of my portion sizes. The challenge is summer school is in and I CRAVE junkfood, but so far I've resisted. I have a dive trip coming up first of June and can't wait! Hows that for motivation to keep swimming and working out!

Zero for me.

I have been trying to get ready for a trip to Belize (leaving tomorrow at 5:20 pm to Houston and then to Belize City and the Sun Dancer II). Going with a great group from Amarillo, TX. Get back on the 5th and leave the 10th for the Bahamas for our daughter's wedding on the 12th, then home on the 14th. On the 15th I'm reclaiming my life and getting back on track. (These sound like good excuses anyway. :) ).

I would appreciate it if someone would do the Tues/Thurs post and when I get back on the 5th I will check them out and post a total.

Hmmmmm, second straight week, 0 loss, 0 gain. Of the three ways weight could go, I guess this is second best, :-)

I have also gained visible muscle in my arms from swimming, so maybe it all evens out

well, I'm still totally fustrated!! I thought for sure I would be down this week. Nope..I'm up 1. I'm quiting WW as it's not helping me right now and I am just waisting my $$. I made an appt. with my Dr to see what the problem is. I follow WW and don't go over and I exercise 5 times a week. My clothes do fit a little better and peolpe have said I look better, but after 2 months of exercise, and NO weight loss, something must be wrong. Even my WW Instructor said so. I haven't lost any weight some Sept. just bouncing up and down 1 pound. Ugh!
