I lost 3 more pounds today! This new thing is working! That's right at 10# for 3 weeks.

Jenny...glad I could help, even if I didn't know it!

simbrooks:
For some reason after a workout and drinking a good amount of water (2 pints) i always pick up 2# until i use the restroom that is - i try to weigh in prior to exercise on tuesday morning, just to be sure i am not counting any additional fluid weight.

It could be intensity. For instance, yesterday I concentrated on weight training and abs, keeping track of my pulse the whole time. For 50 minutes my pulse was over 150bpm. It was at its highest when I was doing leg presses, about 170, and lowest when I was doing crunches at about 150-152.

Just adding my loss to the totals. Not as much as I wish it would have been.

Minus 0.4 lbs. Puts me almost back were I was two weeks ago.

I have been working nights this last week and haven't had a chance to be on the bike and have been eating out a lot. Weighed exactly 230 again so no change at all from last week.
I'll take that over a gain though.

Joe

Congrats Everyone! You're doin' great!

lost 3# this week to wind up at 196. that's 9 less than the 205 i started out at. i think i'm only a pound or two heavier than i was last fall (both by the scale and how my body feels).

Well, I forgot to weigh in the morning, but last night I was 212. Kinda bummed about that until I realized that it was the same as last week. No loss, but no gain! And since this was end-of-day rather than beginning, I figure I might really have dropped a fraction.

Officially, make mine -0 for the week.

Count me as a zero as well! Kinda depressing cause I am working out and watching what I eat but no loss is better than a gain.

Eric

I'm in the process of moving and I realized yesterday that I packed my scale. So, I can't give a really good value for this weigh in. However, using the highly accurate method of counting holes in the belt, I estimate that I am 217.3567#. That means that I lost 4.6433 pounds this last week.

Chris

Hey,

Count me as a Zero, been traveling last two weeks, eating in resturants and off the routine. Glad I did not gain. Must get serious now.

Must Lose.

Keep up the good losing gang!

Mike
