...another couple pounds. Got on the scale this morning at 267 for a total of 10 so far. I guess working steady all weekend installing new cabinets, countertop, sink, dishwasher and plumbing was good for my diet, even if it was bad for my temper! :eyebrow:
 
Big week for me! I was really hoping that weight gain was temporary last week, as I felt lighter. I was pretty lax this week, so I was at least hoping to relose that weight gain. I took Dees suggestion (even if she didn't know she suggested it) and made sure yesterday I didn't eat a alot.
So, I jumped on the scale this morning and Whoo Hooo! I lost 4 pounds! I had to get off the scale and get back on a couple times just to make sure it was true! Yippee! So, I have lost the 2.5 I gained last week, plus an additional 1.5!!!
Right on for me. I am trying to keep a steady loss of 1-2 pounds a week!
This week will be tough. Parents are coming in town and I might not be able to get out for my exercise, and I am sure the trips to Wendys for Frostys is going to be a constant battle. Wish me luck and send skinny vibes!
 
Down to 250.5 That's another 1.5 pounds....I hope to crack 250 next week.
 
Same as last week... no big surprise since I'm in the middle of final papers, eating a lot of preprepared foods and no time to exercise! Things'll get better soon... <sigh>

Tipping in at 278. So I lost the 2 I put on last week, but haven't gained any more ground.

The bright side is that's a grand total of 25 pounds since I started on 1 Jan. The dark side is I seem to have hit neutral bouyancy at this point and can't get any lower. I just sort of bounce around here.
 
No movement for me this week, still 231 (might be 230.5, but i am not counting half pounds), i think it has something to do with when i do weight training - the weeks i do get time to i lose my weight, the weeks i dont have time to i plateau - better luck next week!
 
Despite some heavy beer consumption I managed a 1# loss! 219 and slowly going down...

for giggles, after work out, its at 216#.. I drop 3# of water weight during work out despite the ingestion of 48oz of water during!

For some reason after a workout and drinking a good amount of water (2 pints) i always pick up 2# until i use the restroom that is - i try to weigh in prior to exercise on tuesday morning, just to be sure i am not counting any additional fluid weight.
