For some reason after a workout and drinking a good amount of water (2 pints) i always pick up 2# until i use the restroom that is - i try to weigh in prior to exercise on tuesday morning, just to be sure i am not counting any additional fluid weight.CBulla:for giggles, after work out, its at 216#.. I drop 3# of water weight during work out despite the ingestion of 48oz of water during!
