Down 4.1#! With the gain from the trip two weeks ago, that's a tad over 10#. Boy was I surprised!
 
198.5# -- down 2# from last week.

not as good as last weeks 4.5# loss, but after the ice cream pie and brownies on sunday night at my parent's house (if you're gonna cheat, you should really enjoy it is my motto) i'm not surprised.

i'm also at 24% body fat as opposed to 27% body fat two weeks ago -- which is good news since my non-fat bodymass is holding constant at around 150# and i've lost 6.5# of actual fat! if i get down to 186# then i'll be at 19% -- those would be cool numbers to see on the scale...

218# for me. I'm down 2# since Thursday. It's amazing what a blood drive will do for you. ;) Unfortunately, I can't pull that trick again for another 3 months.

Whew! Down 2 more pounds this week for a total of 3. I'm heading in the right direction!

Down 1. And I consider that great considering I certified 3 students at Balmorhea. I didn't get to do my 3 miles Sat or Sun and one student kept buying me food. The other one gave me several beers after the diving was done. I couldn't be rude and turn them down. It was a great OW weekend!
I am in a step counting weight loss thing at work and my steps went down from 10,000 a day to 4000 this weekend. I couldn't figure out how to wear the little counter in the water. I'll make up for it this week!

This week, nada, zilch, zip, nil and of course just plain nothing off this week. Lost 5# the week before, but hopefully i will drop some more after this stalling period! My little body fat caliper measurement has jumped from 20% to 24%, not sure how that happened, think i must have loosened the fat up - so even so, my pants are now getting much looser and generally feeling lighter, so even if the figures dont prove it yet, i feel i am moving in the right direction. Exercising almost everyday and my food portion size is still lower than before, so i have no idea why the weight is not budging - will work out extra tonight to make up for it!
