The SB web server stopped responding sometime between 04:10 GMT (12:10 am EDT) and 04:15 (timeout on page loads). It still responded to ping and traceroute. Came back up at 04:23 for long enough to serve one page (New Posts) and then disappeared completely again. At 04:29 it started responding with "Database error". Web server came back for one page at 04:31, and then went back to Database erroring. A few single pages intermittently served up, until server seems to have fully come back around 04:55.
