Weather in Cozumel

I leave for Cozumel on Wednesday. Is there a site that I can get the water temp?

I realize water temp can change quickly, however, the temp logged on December 7 was 80 degrees. Someone else most likely will have an updated reading. Enjoy your trip AggieDad. BTW-I am an Aggie MOM. :happywave HOWDY !!

In general the water temps here in Cozumel vary by only a few degrees year round. I believe the lowest I've heard is 78.

This thread also discusses Cozumel water temp. You need to be aware that not all dive computers register temperatures the same. What is 78 to one might be 79 or 77 to another.

Ain't that the truth. I was cert'ed in Travis something like 12 years ago and I have not been back in it since. Diving Cozumel has gotten me very spoiled.

Just got back this past Saturday and the water temps for our dives ranged between 78 and 81 degrees.

Recipe for Cozumel:

Take Lake Travis, sift out the cold dark green/brown opaque water, add colors and sunlight and warm water, throw in some awesome tropical sea life. Mix gently with some current now and again. Add wonderful people, food and culture for garnish ! Upon completion of the recipe, submit a trip report for folks who can not be there with you. You will have a wonderful time ! :sunny Sue B
