I have fallen in love with the location - Turneffe Island - but the time we have to dive is either July or August. Is this a bad time to book a dive trip in Belize?

We spent a week in July/August 2003 on Glover's Atoll and it was perfect - gentle breeze, rain a few times but only at night, 100' visibility. I say go for it and then write up a trip report.
