Bingo.Here in Cozumel we normally use our outdoor Texas Rock rain gage. Just place it outside the window and observe.
If the rock is: wet=rain dry= no rain
IN seriousness we use www.wunderground.com and locate CZM. Looks like 40-50% chance of rain at any moment, at any spot on the island. That means normal and don't worry.
For port closures due to high north winds we use www.windguru.com
