Yesterday we "found" a decompressed scuba diver in the ocean and were able to bring him back to shore where an ambulance took care of him from that point. He is being held in coma for 2 days, serious situation. He and a buddy were spearfishing using tanks when things went wrong... Lets learn. 1. Scuba Spearfishing is NOT allowed in Cozumel. Please respect the regulations. If you want to spearfish: freediving only! 2. Don't dive with a hangover.

good work....hope for good outcome.

Strong work! Congratulations.

But what's a "decompressed" scuba diver? Aren't we all decompressed scuba divers right now?

I took it to mean bent.

Aha! Aggressively decompressed. Gotcha. Sort of like how engineers refer to an explosion as a rapid unscheduled disassembly.

Know any details about the incident? Move to A&I?

A Mexican diver will say "descompresiono" about someone who got bent. He was "decompressed".
