Hi guys,

I would appreciate some help on picking out my first drysuit. I got my eyes on the Waterproof D7x, but they dont make them in L Tall, just XL tall. I have compared it to the Ursuit sofdura in L Tall, which i had a chance to try on (actually dove it), and it was ok, but maybe a bit thight around the hips. As waterproof has more fitted designs, a I was wondering if any of you have this suit, and what your measurements were, compared to the size chart.

If it helps, i am 195cm tall, around 88 kg.

Also, are you supposed to take your measurements with or without undergarments?

Thank you!

I'm about the same size. I have an XL D7X Nylotech that fits OK. It's slightly large in the chest, but not too bad. My next drysuit will be a Seaskin. They are custom fit for you at half the cost of a Waterproof suit.

Any thoughts on the suit itself? Worth buying?

It's a great suit, just not worth the expense. My wife's suit hasn't needed any repairs after three years. Mine is only a few months older, but has been in the repair shop four times.
