The set on it have minor trims but the new from ones included are from the factory so they were never cut.

Size 11 US boot. I'm 5'11" and 175 lbs. It fits great in all areas minus height where it is 2" too tall. The elastic built in keeps everything together well so it would work also for someone larger in diameter.
