I have this camera and took it to Micronesia along with my DSLR and housing. We used it snorkeling a lot and at 6MP, the pictures were great. At Jellyfish lake, I gave it to our guide and she took some great shots. We ended up taking it down to at least 15' with no problem. It's great for kayaking or in rain as well. I'll post some pics.
