So I'm trying to come up with a dive-compatible Halloween costume, but to make myself look uber cool I'd love to go for some makeup. But I'm guessing that most makeups will come off in the water, and makeup perhaps isn't our fish friend's friend...

So I'm brainstorming now. Any good ideas on how to give a Halloween costume a kicked-up look? A specialty course is on the line here :)
