There is a good chance that it was because Frank said he could see the Vandenberg from the Spree dock and was on site with it was sunk.
I'm sure it was. He said on his board that he was going to be front and center.

hi dive wookie!! it's donna...(tall, blonde)....i came to flower gardens on your boat a couple of summers ago on my birthday, and was hoping to see a manta......remember? and some other divers did see mantas, but i was not one of the lucky ones. well........ a couple weeks ago hubby and i went down to cancun........went on a whale shark excursion, and got a bonus of seeing mantas........we were snorkeling, and i got to jump in and take a little swim with one. it was cool! hope you are doing well and enjoying your new adventure. we're going to bonaire for the first time next month
