Having logged dives 99 and 100.

:-)

Not bad for just about a year.

Looking forward to the next 100!

Surprising how quickly you can go from near heat stroke while gearing up in 88F to near hypothermia at the end of a dive in 42F water!

Dive number 99 was a "brisk" dive of 52 minutes, which ended with my hands just about completely numb! First dive with double 119's, and all things considered I think it went fairly well. Had my bouyancy and trim in pretty good order for my first shot I think.

Dive number 100 was a little bit shorter at about 45 minutes, but my hands were no less numb at the end.

Obviously will take plenty more work to get completely comfortable, but was happy with my first outing in doubles, and look forward to the next time out.

Congratulations on a banner first year!

Congratulations! That is something to be very proud of. DM candidate at your age, yes! I'm working with a candidate now who is in his early 50s, and he's enjoying every minute of it.

100 dives a year is a lot of diving ... congratulations!
