Hi All,

Am in dire need of a Din Converter (yoke to Din) for a Dacor Viper.

Or can anyone point me to a universal converter?

I tried calling Mares, Scuba Toys, Leisure Pro and have avidly searched the internet. I also have a shop in Ocala, FL looking for one.

Pictures of your 1st stage? I might have one lurking around.

I certainly hope you can help with this.

Sorry for just getting back to you...I headed out of town to a Led lighting seminar and didn't get back till 11ish last nite.

I happen to have two din adapters, one is for the Dacor 960 and the other is for the Dacor Extreme regs. I don't know know if either would work with your Viper.

I was going to suggest calling Dacor themselves... then I remembered that they went out of business over 10 years ago. I would think finding any parts for that reg would be difficult

That's the same 1st stage used on the Eagle DPD.

Sorry, I don't have anything that new from Dacor! All of the stuff I seem to find in storage is from the 80s.

Good news though : That is a recent enough regulator that Mares should have the part.

I checked with Mares, they did not, however, they suggested I contact someone overseas!?!

Don't know where or whom to contact overseas.

Thank you, though.

Wish I knew if either one of those would work. I am going to try posting in the technical section, maybe someone knows.

I can't pull up a picture of one to compare.
