I rented an awesome 5 bedroom villa with a swimming pool near Rawai beach, but now I need to leave the last day of January. I figured if anyone wanted it, I could give you a good deal, and at least get some of the money back that I paid for the contract. I can give you photos and every detail you need by -e-mail. (If you want it between now and whn I arrive December 15, I can give you the contact info of the owner and you can work it out on your own.)

How long do you have it, past when you leave?
I have the house until May. After that you can deal directly with the owner. I have messages from some people interested in month of February, but not confirmed yet. But if you want February, book soon. If you want after that, it is open. Enjoy Thailand!
