I was on the Oceanic web page in the software download and you can click on "Release Notes" - I did see that when they went to version 2.1.4 they had this in the release notes:
'VERSION 2.1.4
' 1. Compatible with DATAMASK, Windows Vista
They are now on the new version 2.1.5 - so it would appear that both the .4 and the newer .5 version are compatible with Windows Vista
