Does anybody know anything about the Voyager rebreather made by aqua-tek? My dive shop is moving into the rebreather arena and they are going to offer alot of different rebreathers and certifications and the voyager is one of them. can anybody give me an honest review on it and maybe compare it against the inspiration? thanks

I just had a long chat with the manufacturer, being the firm in my home town.
What exactly would you like to know?
Of course what I will tell you is my personal opinion.

I saw the Voyager at DEMA for the first time and wasn't impressed.
SCR with an upgrade kit to mCCR. Ridiculous amounts of clutter from
all the hoses, hose covers and cables. Build quality leaves some to
    be desired.

Compared to Jetsam's mCCRs it doesn't come close in finish or simplicity.

Closest comparable unit would be the German made Submatix, also
a SCR with mCCR option. Unlike the Voyager craftsmanship is good
and the layout very clean. Backmounted, encased counterlungs.

Electronically controlled units like the YBOD, PRISM, Meg, Evo, Boris
and Optima are in a different class.

I agree with what caveseeker said I took saw them at DEMA and was just overwhelmed by the clutter of the unit...but the Submatix looked nice streamlined and clean cut.
