You can do what SeaJay and I did...

Contact a local aquarium to see if you can be a volunteer diver.

We had to go through their staff orientation and do a qual dive with the diver in charge. Oh yeah, we had to at least be AOW.

It is fun to be in the tank and be apart of the behind the scences stuff. One of the best parts for me was playing with the children on the other side of the glass. They light up when you give them a little attention. Another was my son's reaction to mommy diving with those sharks. LOL R
