I'm shopping for some spare o-rings and I need to know what would be the best material for yoke tank o-rings.

The correct size is:

Dash No. I.D. O.D. W.

-014 1/2 5/8 1/16

Correct?

I think I'm using nitrile in 90 duro. But viton or EPDM probably better if it will see 100% O2. The higher hardness is a bit more resistant to extrusion but that application is pretty forgiving and easy to change if there is a problem.

You should be using 90 duromenter for the standard yoke O-rings. Nitrile will last much longer than viton, even on 100% O2. Viton has very poor abrasion resistance and tends to self destruct quickly when used for tank O-rings because the yoke gets turned as the regulator is being removed. I discontinued using viton on on my tank valves a long time ago when I got tired of replacing them every week or so.
